Reasonable hours,basic benefits package

Too much expected of one person,budget cutbacks,lack of staff when needed,which afects the overall guest experience,constant operational changes.

Advice to Management

Think about your staff who made company successful,and not only about the bottom line.

    I worked at Catalina Restaurant Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I made good tips being a TL but since store runs short staffed, you end up being an over paid waiter, not able to lead team.

    Cons

    Customers ask for management all the time to voice their concerns. Understaffed, understaffed, Carrow's had no GM for 3 months.

    Advice to Management

    Abandon labor scheduler with guest count determining how many workers to have. Back room employees are important and get cut. Does not work. Never will.
