I have been working at Catholic Health Services of Long Island full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

The co-workers I have are great and everyone works as a team to achieve organization goals. This position allows you to arrive on time and leave on time. There is a lot to learn and the healthcare atmosphere is always changing. Flexibility with taking time off.

    Cons

There can be a lack of communication between management. Last minute high priority requests.

    Advice to Management

Address the staff's concerns. Have open conversations and provide realistic insight. Instead of being a sounding board try and make change happen to keep employees satisfied.
