Cons

very limited management positions, poor benefits, inflexible with working hours, poor salaries

Advice to Management

Let middle management work 4 day work week and pay competitive salaries and there would be less discontentment

    I have been working at Catholic Health Services of Long Island full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Family oriented, small hospital. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other. You know everyone in the whole hospital

    Cons

    Low pay, hospital is about to become union so administrators aren't happy and treating the staff unfairly. No growth at all. Unless you go back to school to change field.

    No growth

    Advance processes for greater efficiency. Stop playing power games among each other and put the business first
