          Easily produces burnout and there is a lot of termoil around poor handling of diversity hiring and advancement of less qualified individuals.

        EY

        Just finished a case interview. Overall, I thought it went well but was a little confused at one of the charts they showed. After I provided my recommendation the interviewed said "great job" then moved on to questions. Is this a good sign to is this something that is commonly said by interviewers?
