Pros

Celgene is the best company I have ever worked for. The company really cares about their employees and understand that they are their best investment Salary and benefits as well as work/life balance is great Our purpose is all about the patients we serve - That culture is driven from executive management down within the organization

Cons

Does not utilize the talent Celgene has attracted to their full capabilities and/or potential. Does not have a strong personnel development program (could be due to the top talent they hire??)
