I can't find any cons for myself. Had I not run into personal health issues I would happily be employed here.

NOTHING honestly. Just because they have snacks and parties, does not make up for how dysfuntional and toxic this organization is.

I really don't know where to begin with how awful this company/team is. Leadership is aggressive and dismissive, whih leads to people directly below also being aggressive and rude to the rest of the team. There is no effort from upper management to prioritize employee happiness. Leadership only cares about the bottom line. They don't value their employees whatsoever. The pay is extremely low and your working hours are about 50-60 hours ever week. Please believe all of the negative comments in other reviews because they are 100% true.
