Cons
The company is growing, which is great, but that places some employees in a position to have to work extra hours to cover needs until we can hire and train more people. It's a good problem to have.
The product and all of its possible configurations is extraordinarily complex. It takes a lot of time to really grasp the core of the business logic and how it can shift and change based on hundreds of factors.
The office could use some color. It's pretty bland in here.
