Pros

Great people. A recent shift towards enterprise development. Company is growing quickly. Upper management is on board and working with departments to implement better procedures and continue iterating and improving. Monthly all-company meetings with transparent presentation of where we are financially and where we are going. The company provides a product that helps people. With our growth, we are all poised to grow in our positions as well. Recent introduction of new technologies is giving all developers a chance to broaden their capabilities and knowledge base. Working remote as necessary is never a problem. Kid home sick? Have an appointment? Local coffee looks appealing today? Work remote. As long as you're available via email/chat/phone, don't miss important meetings, communicate, and are productive, you're good. This company is very willing to work with anyone on their schedule. I have a very odd parenting arrangement and CellTrak has worked with me to create an equally odd working schedule. Popcorn machine - free pop/soda/coffee/fruit/nuts/pretzels

Cons

The company is growing, which is great, but that places some employees in a position to have to work extra hours to cover needs until we can hire and train more people. It's a good problem to have. The product and all of its possible configurations is extraordinarily complex. It takes a lot of time to really grasp the core of the business logic and how it can shift and change based on hundreds of factors. The office could use some color. It's pretty bland in here.
