    Flexible hours and not much else

    Cons

    Chargebacks are excessive and not proportioned to comissioned made
    No benefits you pay more than on your own rate
    Anything goes to get sale and your schedule is always changing and you are required to work at a minimum of two locations.

    Advice to Management

    Be a leader in price and not a follower
    Get rid of STL's and make reps real agents by giving VPN access to reps

    Horror pay scale
    Driving with no reimbursement
    Deacts take away most of your pay

    Advice to Management

    Change the way you pay your employees. Try not to make your money off employees who work countless hours for you with nothing to show for it.
