I have been working at Cellular Sales full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great pay, they notice all your achievements, work as much or as little as you like. No body standing over your shoulder yelling at you.

I been a sales team leader and recruiter here in sf for over a year now, I love this place and I wouldnt trade my team or my regional directors for anyone !

this is the best place to work and everyday is fun and exciting and filled with v.a.p.s.

Cons

no beards allowed in the south florida market !!!! grrrrr

Advice to Management

allow us to stand out and put some personality into the work place, anotherwards let us rock out a beard. Other then that you guys rock.

    Pros

    Relatively relaxed atmosphere with some cool coworkers

    Cons

    Impossible sales requirements (1-3 out of 26 employees hit the mark every month, the mark is 3,500 dollars). I have never seen anyone make the promised 5,000. After "charge backs" and "deacts" you will end up making around anywhere from 700-2,200 a month on average.

    Advice to Management

    Stop saying "its your attitude that counts!" and advertise the brand to bring more door swings so your reps make more money. Selling old phones at a higher price than corporate, with glitchy computer software and an unreliable tech department is what really brings this company down.
