If you are here to come to work make your money on shift and leave, it will never happen you need to worry about YOU and not the Store and set yourself up for outside opportunities..THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.

Advice to Management

Your growth comes from the people, hire people who have a financial responsibilities. When you don't have a kid or a family to provide for, you seem to settle for $2000 a month, when with self promotion and knowing that this job is just on the floor you can have $5000. This isn't about a Location Opportunity, its for someone who can make a lot of traffic for their personal pocket and weed themselves out of the rest.

    You are your own boss, very little micromanaging

    Cons

    The job becomes addicting and becomes more like your second home and sometimes you need to take a break and spend some time with family.

    Not really a con, but would be nice to get payed vacation time.

    Advice to Management

    When new phones are released, it would be awesome if we could get them right then. And vacation pay would be nice ;)
