      Very competitive pay and benefits

      Cons

      If you’re black or brown, look out! You’ll be a “problem”.They will throw anybody in an area manager position. They will not have your back when dealing with difficult employees. They side with sales reps over store managers. Then steal your money after separation.

      Pay is decent, especially if you get a bigger store.

      Cons

      Management demands results but doesn’t put you in the best position to win. It went from selling in a store to slowly becoming door to door sales.
