    Pros

Challenging; Rewarding; satisfying; great benefits; Opportunity to learn many diverse skills.

    Cons

Moving a lot; depending on the commander you report to, will determine position satisfaction and comfort level within the team. Some commanders' take advantage of their ability/leverage to treat you any kind of way without fear of reprisal/reprimand.

    Advice to Management

Need to listen to subordinates more and with an open mind. Mind guard is sometimes an impediment to team and unit success.

      Pros

Relaxed environment where you can stay away from some of the DC craziness while still contributing. Plenty of opportunity to develop and refine ORSA skills.

      Cons

Sometimes there's a strong feeling that impartial analysis is secondary to getting the answer big army would want to hear.
