    Recommends
    Positive Outlook

I worked at Center for Responsible Lending full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The work was interesting and accessible to a recent college grad, and my supervisors were always inclusive and encouraging. Would highly recommend.

    Cons

There were periods of time where I had nothing to do because I needed to receive input from a supervisor before moving on.

    Advice to Management

Management should meet with new interns at the beginning of the summer and map-out what responsibilities interns will have and what projects they'll be working on solo. By setting tangible goals early on and providing interns with projects they can always work on without immediate input, interns will spend less time twiddling there thumbs -- and will be more productive overall.
