Pros

Surprisingly impressive client list for such a small company; good pay

Cons

There is absolutely no training, professional development or career potential. This is simply a Body Shop operation that provides staff augmentation wherever they can.

Advice to Management

Provide insight into the financials of the company to your employees. For such a small company, it should not be so formal, hierarchical and political.

I have been working at Centerline Partners full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - CLP has a great company culture. Networking events are held frequently enough to keep employees connected, but not overwhelm their schedule. Managers check-in to ensure project success, but don't micro-manage.
    - Pay scale is competitive within the industry
    - Clients are Fortune 500 companies
    - Existing tools and templates for business requirements are sensibly developed and easy to use on the client site

    Cons

    - Travel (but the company is flexible with travel arrangements)
    - Career path and advancement can be challenging for those that aren't proactive in engaging with senior management

    Advice to Management

    - Continue to hire strong resources who fit with the great company culture
    - Continue to partner-up junior resources with some of the strongest consultants within the company on projects to continue to build a strong backlog of talent

    - Management goes out of their way to ensure employees are happy with out of work events

    Cons

    - Longer hours as the industry demands
    - Workings with multiple contractors throughout a project
    - These are more cons of the industry as a whole not specific to this company

    Advice to Management

Management does a great job at communicating expectations and rewarding when there is a need to go above and beyond. Only advice would be to better communicate with fellow managers to establish priorities
