Pros

A growing company that has a lot of properties, so if you'd like to move around geographically or by the type of business you have that ability. Leadership is very engaged and listens. There is a true belief in their mission and also a trust in you to carry that out.

Cons

The differences that exist between different units such as salaries for similar positions, operational policies vary widely, and the lack of communication between divisions.

I have been working at Centerplate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cons

Low salary, no bonus system, no commission. Long hours, lots of weekends, limited free time and for low pay, it makes it difficult.

    Advice to Management

Be strong on your salary requirements. Once you get in the door they will work you like a dog, so make sure you are making what you're worth.
