OK benefits. Salaries are a bit on the low side

Centurylinks management seems disengaged from it's work force at all levels.

Become more involved.

    management team is always willing to help and work w/ you. Sales opportunity is progressively available

    Cons

    Slow months can take it's toll, just have to pile up the good sales when avilable.

    More one on one support for those in need

    Pros

    Steady work. Decent enough pay. Lots of schedules.

    Cons

    The employees have taken a backseat to the customer. Employees on the front lines are leaving in large numbers. Moreso than ever before.

    Advice to Management

    Bring the focus back to the employees and keep them happy. This seems to have gotten lost with all of the mergers and acquisitions.
