Pros

Benefits are great, pay is great, chance for commission, a chance to advance your career, great staff. multiple types of training to keep employees refreshed and up to date to offer customers the best customer service

Cons

The job can be stressful and all the training could be overwhelming, but rewarding.

    Too much work for too little pay. Two companies struggling to operate as one. Left hand doesn't communicate with right hand. No work/life balance
