    Pros

I was happy that I had the ability to work in a place that allowed me to help new people. Learn new things to be successful at my position.

    Cons

I didn't like that I was hired for a set schedule and a month in the schedule switched and I was unable to find transportation in the area that I was residing in.

    Pros

Benefits, that's about it. Not many pros.

    Cons

Terribly low pay below market average, unrealistic sales quotas, lies from management, no parking.

    Advice to Management

Honor your promises, get rid of the stupid sales quotas that nobody can meet, try to get your attrition to under 70% at least.
