    Fantastic benefits and pay
    Good, friendly coworkers
    Job growth opportunities (~every 2 years)
    Flexible hours and summer hours!
    Diverse pipeline

    Cons

    Now owned by different company (Teva), and the changes are negatively impacting morale of management (concerned for job safety) and day-to-day workers.
    Limited guidance from management on how to obtain growth (it seems randomly given every 2-3 years though).
    Entire research department was let go when Teva acquired Cephalon.
    More open information on various products in pipeline.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open and honest with employees about future and pipeline. Typically years of effort go in and without detailed results on clinical trials, we are told that the project is dead.
