    Pros

    No many pros. Most of the people I worked with were great.

    Cons

    Executive Management team has no idea what is going on. Absolutely no structure. Compensation was not up to standard rates.

    Pros

    No micro-managing, lots of autonomy. Company is in good financial position, also provide a best-of-breed product which makes selling easier. Upper management is on your side to succeed and willing to help at all stages. Investing to train their sales force.

    Cons

    Lacks a formal training process. Unproductive meetings that drag. Disconnect between some teams in Israel and the US. Slow to pay out commissions. Takes months to receive commission/revenue reports

    Advice to Management

    Make reporting more transparent to the sales team. Faster commissions. Continue to train the sales team and assist with large customers.
