Pros

Its good to work here because you get to work hard and put in long hours with your fellow colleagues.

Cons

If you are reading this, you're doing your due diligence and this is a company that will squeeze every last drop of sweat equity out of you, and then walk you out the door when you are tired. They are growing, but don't be fooled by the management promises. Expect to work very long hours, weekends with extreme pressure and stress in the goldfish bowl environment. The products being developed are poor, and unstable. Enter this organization at your own risk.

Advice to Management

Management is not building a proper foundation. The feeling is that they are cashing out and leaving the workers in the cold.

    Pros

    * Wonderful Benefits
    * Great Place to get your foot in the door
    * Great cross training

    Cons

    * Employee morale is non-existent
    * Job security (Outsourcing)
    * Job performance is based on quantity and not quality
    * Internal departments disjointed (right hand does not know what the left is doing)
    * Limited career advancement
    * Promotions based on who you know, not what you know
    * Individuals being treated like children instead of adults
    * Poor middle management

    Advice to Management

    * Do a better job in enabling staff to succeed (i.e. help with career advancement)
    * Focus more on the quality
    * Understand more about your organization prior to selling to new clients or pushing additional services...do a better job a fixing the organization from the bottom up instead of from the top to the bottom.

    Pros

    Benefits, time off is given up front from day one. The builidngs and grounds are kept up, easy access to the highway. The company is global.

    Cons

    High turnover of CEO & CFO (about every 3-5 years) with focus on profits to make their own bonuses which has a reverse correlaton to employee morale, raises, and bonuses. Salaried employees are treated like hourly in respect to time card/pay. Cubicle space is small and not ergonomic.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on customer service by making your employee your customer as well. Help employees understand how embracing changes in the company and its polices directly benefits the employee through bonuses, raises, etc.
