-The TAFW is nice but it was more flexible before Q4/Q1 got restricted.
-They actively work on making Year End less hectic for everyone.
Cons
-There's no work culture. The mass layoffs (I'm not impacted) and corporate "fun" virtual meetings are cringe and out of touch to make money and distract you from the next wave of layoffs coming for the incoming recession and to please investors reducing overhead costs.
-When you work with other teams it's because they hot potato their escalated issues and expect you to know the answer. This has to go both ways or you will never get anything done and happens to all departments. Management input just makes it messier and they do not contribute anything of value other than verbalize "we need more staffing" type of solutions (but then do layoffs???) or "we can do better."
-Bad releases and implementation are a sign that morale is low when trying to keep talent. The product itself is starting to show its age as technology advances Dayforce will perform at the same speed 3 years ago with additional features to capture revenue without refining existing keystone features. There's weekly connectivity issues and zero stability in the product itself making it never-ending.
