Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent benefits like unlimited PTO, remote-first culture, 100% 401K match, up to 6%, a few good people left, but not many.
Cons
Ceridian is consistently losing top talent because the corporate culture has drastically declined. Sr. leadership and Human Resources leaders are pre-programmed to provide politically correct responses to all questions. The CEO claims that the company is "doing great" when they lost $75.4 million last year. Employees were terminated quietly during a recent "rebalancing workload" layoff when there were open jobs for the same roles within the company simultaneously that had been open for months. The recruiting process is HORRIBLE, both internally and externally. Be prepared to WAIT a very long time for responses if you're not ghosted. Once a job requisition is approved, it takes weeks just to get a Recruiter assigned to it and then there's no sense of urgency to fill the openings, so many teams are left short-staffed. Managers have low annual bonuses due to the fact that half of the bonus is comprised of worthless company stock.
