I believe that they pay fairly and there's plenty of PTO if you have the time to take it.
Cons
There's so many things that are wrong. With restructure after restructure, everyone is completely siloed. There is literally zero accountability for anything. Gone are the days when we had people who really understood how systems work, end-to-end. Resources are allowed to push-back on anything they don't want to do but yet everyone keeps demanding more...more time off, more pay...yet it's clear that only a few people there are interested in actually working.
