Pros

Benefits are competitive and you get a sabbatical if you survive long enough.

Cons

Never ending workweeks and slave mentality.

    Pros

    - Great environment
    - Very nice people to work with
    - Company has great training classes to make sure you integrate yourself smoothly with the company

    Cons

    - Not too much work to be given at first
    - Felt I constantly had to ask for something to do
