I worked at Cerner as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Honest pay for a honest day's works. Great place to start off your career. Very good benefits that would even make a Jarl Jealous.

    Cons

Very demanding. Give salary and expect you to put in min of 50 hours a week, even require one to often after office hours from home. Little social life for first year, hardly have time to eat the occasional sweet roll.

    Advice to Management

Read the latest article about how working more than 40 hours a week negatively affects one's performance.

    Cons

You will work very hard, but the work I've done has been mostly, very interesting. There is a steep learning curve in consulting.,
