Poor training for associates that change positions within the company.

    Pros

    Promotes a healthy lifestyle for it's employees. You are rewarded for your hard work much more than any place else I have worked. Certainly different managers may be different in this respect, but those that I report to are extremely transparent and caring for the success and happyness of their employees.

    Cons

    Some shifts/roles require extensive hours from time to time, and most of the roles are not something that allows you to shut off work after 5 p.m.

    Pros

    I guess the compensation is decent, although there's no pay for overtime.

    Cons

    Long hours, a 60 hour work week is not uncommon to finish a project
    Upper management that doesn't care about employees and only its bottom line
    Clunky and slow health information software that is far behind the competition
