These reviews are specifically for Cerner Etreby Garden Grove, CA.

    - Hire developer and make them work on everything like testing, support, hardware support but codding.
    - Lot of politics
    - Obvious trend of hiring and promoting people with the same religious affiliation
    - Extremely slow and hard to use end-user products
    - Micro-management / inability to let others make decisions
    - Creativity and innovation is neither encouraged nor nurtured
    - Outdated software, code-base, and engineering best-practices
    - Convoluted bonus structure / no annual salary bonus
    - Attention .Net developer never join this location.
    - .Net developer turnover is really high (6-10 months)

    Advice to Management

    - Don't just hire and promote people who share the same religious affiliation
    - Stop hiring neighbors, and the kids of people you know
    - After 10+ years, it's time to stop acting like a startup
