    I worked at Championsway full-time

    Pros

The software is a best of breed and offers leading edge functionality

    Cons

Worst paying job I have ever had.
Owner does not empower his line managers
The owner believes that if you work less than 8 hours a day you are a failure. His actual words.
    Awful company culture

They have ignored their oldest customers for years and have over charged them for an inferior product by todays standards. The notion that they havent moved them onto their latest release is unbelievable....considering they are a SaaS solution.

This is a single owner company that is run like a dictatorship. If you drink his Kool-Aide you will do fine. If you actually try to improve things or give positive advice that contradicts his ideas you will be on the losing end.

    Advice to Management

Buy the owner out and give the product the opportunity it deserves

    - Management listens to feedback and criticism from employees.

    - Demanding workplace: Stressful depending on position and responsibility.
    - Salary is average (industry norm).

    Advice to Management

    - Improve pay structure or incentives program.
