Physical environment and product are very luxurious. Compensation plans are designed to recruit and retain the highest quality talent.
Cons
Senior Management is totally out of touch with the front line issues of the business. The culture is one of intimidation and lack of support to all except the highest profile players. There is a tremendous amount of dysfunction at the highest levels.
