Pros
ChannelAdvisor was an amazing place to work. Now that it is CommerceHub, I literally have no pros for anybody to stay there.
Cons
Micromanaging. The executive team is not diverse in anyway whatsoever. They use the term "transparency" a lot but there is nothing transparent or clear about anything happening there. I wish I had enough jobs at my new place of employment to get everybody I've grown to care about out of there before they crumble. The benefits took a real turn for the worst when CommerceHub benefits kicked in. Pay is really low, especially now for what is being asked of what is left of the team.
