Good management
Good upward mobility
Friendly place to work
Cons
The pay is egregiously below anything that could be considered competitive - I have been with the company for 5 years, 3 promotions, enough presidents club to break my desk with the weight of trophies.
So please explain to me why I can quit my job right now and apply for an entry level job as financial service rep at Charles Schwab and make more than im making now 🤦🏻♂️even though I’m charge of training every last one of your employees.
I would have left this in the annual survey but there was no room for written feedback and the questions were leading?? It felt like it was catered to achieve a biased result, ironically enough I felt very under valued and unheard all whilst filling out a survey about how valued/heard I feel.
I’m sitting here with 12 offers in my linked in box - lowest offer is way over current salary, can you give me a reason to stay or will you forever be burn em out and churn em out company. This is why 80 something percent of company is less than 2 years of tenure - that is something to be proud of.
I have 2 kids and work full time, I am a current employee in poverty. Please pay attention to current employees and not just new employees
