    Pros

    medical with company funded HRA, Flex Spend, dental, vision 401 K 50% match to first 6% annually deposited each payday, life insurance with ADD coverage, short term and long term disability coverage with your job and pay held up to 12 months and free Cable with 1 box all channels, free 30MB high speed, discounted home phone @ 14.99 (REALLY 28 WITH TAX), discounted hd dvr for first box upgrade.

    Cons

    Always looking to lower wages,,,,,four years,,,,66000..62000..53000...47600(with cap that wont allow me to ever earn more).

    Advice to Management

    Stop trying to grow the company at the expense of the employees and the loyal customers! Rates for customers are at their highest ever while the employees explaining these increases are getting paid less than last year but they need an income so their stuck.

    Revamp company, focus on customer to make the organization a place employees can be proud to work. Managers should have some level of expertise and leadership skills.
