I worked at Charter Communications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits, Great Commissons, Creat Pay for someone without a 4 year degree

    Cons

Constant Changes, Rate increases for customers made it hard to be competitive

    Advice to Management

Keep the company competative with rates in respect to other companys. Also make sure youkeep up the good work in making your employess and the community feel valued. It be a good idea for the folks in the eadquaters to really know what the "little people" have to go through from day to day/
