I worked at Charter Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits and Pay are really good especially if you are in sales and you maximize your time and abilities

    Cons

The management team is non existent, but they want to hold you to standards that they themselves will not hep you with. I myself made 93K in 8 months of being with the company as a DSR but because my Area Manager got upset I wanted to leave his department and go to business class that joke released me because of a policy that was not in writing and he wanted to prove the point that I had to come through him. So I say all that to say, watch your own back because the management team doesn't care about you at all.

    Advice to Management

Stop being jealous of reps that make allot of money; you choose the area you wanted to go in allow others to grow in their careers and be successful.
