      A fun, modern tech stack, lunch was provided for free when in person (until covid)

      Cons

      Poor management, very top-down culture, CEO doesn't know anything about tech, there is no transparency about company goals or metrics, I was lowballed on my salary, 100% male leadership with no diversity, rigid 9-5 work schedule required, CTO hates developers working remotely
