Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Camarillo, CA
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Camarillo, CA
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Acceptable hourly wage. Good retirement options. Leads the field in banking technology and security.

    Cons

Very political. Branch managers aren't required to have a college degree. Too much micro-management by supervisors and managers.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and ditch the 3 step approach process. It comes off as desperate to most all customers and it is the cause of long teller lines and dissatisfied customers who feel they've had their time wasted.
