    Nobody at this company cares for you. There's a culture of fear, write-ups are common, especially for things like "insubordination" which is basically an intimidation tactic. Your 401k employer match isn't vested until after 5 years of service, so if you don't plan on staying here at least that long, prepare to receive nothing besides what you contribute.
