I worked at Chase full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The brand, for the most part, helps open doors and sell.

    Cons

"Big Banks" still not looked at favorably. Management is lacking in skill set, and constant reorg lessens the ability to plan career advancement.

I have been working at Chase full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Meeting such diverse people on a daily. It’s also great to be in charge of your own paycheck, in a way. As long as you keep your schedule busy with appointments, you can make a reasonable bonus each month. The ability to move up within the company is also in your hands!

    Cons

Work/life balance is hard with a baby, as this is a full-time position.
