I have been working at Chase full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

cafeteria in building, 2 exits on the freeway from my home

    Cons

Employees are treated very poorly. Worse company that I ever worked for. supervisor was allowed to treat employees in a less than professional manner. Was told that we could not leave until assigned work was done regardless of the difficulty. Mandatory 10 hour per week overtime worked for over one year. Employees worked under fear of being fired due to unrealistic policy not allowing human workers to make mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Stop mistreating your employees. when an employee uses a "benefit" do not treat them like they have done something wrong. A mistake was made in my pay and was not taken care of in a timely manner. Keep jobs in the United States - stop outsourcing jobs to other countries.
