Pros

Its a job, health insurance, legal insurance, life insurance, investment opportunity.

Cons

Low cash pay; demanding and upset callers. Rolling 12 month point schedule. I f you have to take off to take care of sick child, you may be penalized.

Advice to Management

If a persons makes it thru 1 year, do a 10% raise.

    There is a lot of information available with their training resources. Sometimes management will help you to get ahead if you're willing to work with them.

    Cons

    Favoritism is prominent in several depts. Pay isnt based on performance. Performance sometimes isnt rewarded.

    Pros

    Good HR. Good teams. Good philosophy.

    Cons

    Work is either fun or not depending on your managers and the way they want you to work. Previous manager was relaxed yet top in the district. Current feels as if they dont care about employees much. A lot of red tape.

    Advice to Management

    Don't let your employees feel that they are on their own. Stand up for them when needed.
