    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Chase full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great hours and benefits. Great co-workers and somewhat competitive pay. Bonus and incentive opportunities.

    Cons

Too much concentration on incentive. Sometimes pay is not worth the stress. No accountablilty on demographic. I.E. They expect you to produce the same way as you would in a downtown city the same as if you are in a poor neighborhood. Horrible advancement opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate more on the realties of the job rather than the lofty dreams we are all trained to believe. An employee in Manhattan will naturally produce more than an employee in Gary, IN.
