I worked at Chase full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Once you get the job Chase spends a lot of resources to train you and develop your sales skills.

Cons

Upward development is limited unless you are willing to take a pay cut in many cases.

Advice to Management

Try to develop employees and grow their career in a manner that the employee isn't taking on all the risk of moving to a new position.

I have been working at Chase full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very busy, focus on service, no stiff sales culture

    Cons

Over-caters to misbehaved customers, inconsistent skill at middle management level

    Advice to Management

Keep it simple i.e. just consistently get a schedule right. Don't be so eager to recognize everyone. Most times people don't actually deserve any good recognition. Middle management just chases upper management's hot topic of the month or quarter and we don't take the same old speeches seriously after awhile.
