I have been working at Chase full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great Benefits, wonderful training, compensate you for your licensing. Great opportunity to move up or laterally. Base salary.

Cons

Change up the pay structure. Management is inconsistent with message. Like any other job, hate the politics.

Advice to Management

Follow up with younger employees to help advance their careers.

I worked at Chase full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity to make a lot of money. Salary, Plus commission, if you have an outgoing and friendly personality while knowing the products you can really clean up.

    Cons

The experience I had that was bad was my manager. They take micro-manage to a new level at this company. If you slip up just once or twice; it's going to be a miserable experience.

    Advice to Management

Give workers a little more time to develop their skills; especially in sales. In sports, players need time to develop and mature. I feel management has little to no patience with their reps.

I worked at Chase full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is nothing positive that I can say about this company

    Cons

    Extremely stressful environment
    No growth potential
The equivalent of what Lucifer bank in hell would equate to
Management forces demands on you from corporate that goes against policy but than will turn around and use that against if and when they are ready to dismiss you.
You are an at will employee; beware anything can get you tossed out like yesterdays trash. I seen it happen to many times.

    Advice to Management

Nothing can't help you. By the time you make it to management level than that means that you have sold enough of your soul and the humane side of you have already passed away.
