I have been working at Chase full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay, good benefits, depending on the dept can be a good place to work

    Cons

Very poor management. I was stuck under the same two Managers thru my entire chase experience so probably not as bad as other depts. Did not recognize good work. Micro-managed. Did not care about how they treated their employees

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees w/ respect.

I worked at Chase part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There were lots of employee programs, from corporate discounts, to wellness, to volunteer opportunities.

    Cons

No real push to advance from within, once in a position, that was your position. No help from management to propel your career forward.

    Advice to Management

Be an advocate for your associates that want to go higher on their career path. Help foster their growth and development.
