I have been working at Chase full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Excellent training. Supportive management and a strong company reputation. The branch staff were all team players, were more than willing to help someone new to the business. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I am looking to rejoin the firm upon graduation.

Cons

There were no cons, really.

Advice to Management

I felt the management was top notch. They were involved with the employees on a day to day basis. They knew how to resolve customer issues promptly leaving customers satisfied and happy to remain a client.

I have been working at Chase full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of room for growth in multiple areas of business. Pension and great benefits.

    Cons

Retail environment so working some or most weekends is unavoidable. Salary is not fantastic.

    Advice to Management

Visit the retail floor more frequently so the disconnect between your front line and upper management is not so great. All in all, not a bad company to work for.

I worked at Chase part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours weren't too bad. You had a guaranteed amount you would work each week.

    Cons

If you have a sucky manager like I did, your whole experience is ruined. She was best friends with the DM so there was no hopes of her getting canned, she was awful to her employees and the customers!

    Advice to Management

Hire more quality management and you can expect better results.
