I worked at Chase full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you like constant change this company is for you.

    Cons

The job that I applied to was not at all what it was advertised to be. I was basically in a call center speaking with very angry customers.

    Advice to Management

Advertise the jobs for what they are and don't mislead the applicant into thinking it is not a call center position for the most part.

I have been working at Chase full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good company and culture, focusing on customer service.
    Vacations and holidays observed.
Experience varies widely with management - I had an amazing one, and one not so much.

    Cons

What really gets you ahead is management, knowing how to get on your BM and DM's good side (personal opinion, in one district)
Office politics more relevant to advancement. Textbook culture of "service" is taught as optimal performance, but performance and, again, politics is actually more relevant.

    Advice to Management

Stay professional and neutral, judging people on work and duties rather than playing the office politics game
