    I worked at Chemence full-time

    Pros

I cannot even think of one.
When it started in 2015 it hage huge ambition.

    Cons

It quickly became an exclusive club of unprofessional management who fail to take responsibility for their disasterous decision making.
They use materials exclusive to their biggest customer for all other customers plates because their equipment is very non functional.
The plant manager and her clique of management friends are not being honest with the company owners who have invested millions.

    Advice to Management

Be honest. The best people there have left or were removed because they exposed your failings.
