    Model of care- providing care for the neediest population!

    Cons

    I am unsure where to start! Training in Miami is completely different from the reality. The goal for the company is to see your patients monthly. I have never been in a role where you are forced to make patients come in monthly. Everything is based on numbers- so if you are not seeing your patients that frequent than it's reported on your numbers. I have had patient who do not take any medications and up to date with...

    Advice to Management

    Focus on VIP care for your staff. Fix the problems. Stop trying to pay people more money without fixing the ultimate issues. Money doesn't buy happiness. People will continue to leave until the problems are resolved!

    Pros

    Work life balance is constantly enforced. Great pay, supportive leadership team and an opportunity to enrich the lives of seniors. Lots of opportunities for growth through constant leadership training work shops. Vary diverse culture that promotes unity.

    Cons

    Branding. Great company but unfortunately name recognition in the community isn't as strong as it could be. Its a hidden Gem that provides amazing service and a unique mission statement.

    Advice to Management

    Push the brand into the public. Declare your spot as a caring company within the company with more community events, and local event sponsorship.

    Pros

    True heart for the under-served and needy. Excellent pay. Love my patients.

    Cons

    Mediocre medical benefits. High deductibles. Micro-managed. Physicians have no say in their own schedules. Used to have a real lunchtime, but no more. Admin has more power than do we. They pretend to listen, but in the end nothing changes. Value and accomplishment measured in terms of patient admissions. But face it- some of us get stuck with very sick and/or non-compliant patients. You can be an excellent...

    Advice to Management

    Trust your physicians to make more of their own decisions. Stop focusing on numbers. Listen to us. Value ALL of your physicians- some of us feel undervalued and powerless. Find ways to shorten our days. My family misses me.
