    Pros

    Excellent benefits, excellent co-workers. vacation time is based on age no matter what background. Huge focus on safety while in the field.

    Cons

    low compensation. not a lot of room for advancement. Company itself isn't doing well financially and you can see that trickle down to field personnel.

    awesome gym, daycare center, doctor, dentist, restaurants, 15% 401k match, inexpensive insurance with several beneficial options, generous pto, half day fridays

    Cons

    Employees are great, but due to financial issues, morale is not good. This company doesn't make money and cannot get out of debt
